Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Looks nice. The handhelds work OK other than that there are no pros absolutely not it’s hard to give it a pro when you’ve been lied to so much. Cons The sales team lies promises you everything does not provide you with anything but the system and then they try to hit you up for more money for equipment you’re supposed to already have it is not made for delivery they told me it would map out and it would help my drivers and it was made for this it is not they keep lying to you and telling you that they got a call different people often on meanwhile nothing ever gets done worst mistake I ever made worse by if you deliver do not buy this I don’t know how it works for regular restaurants that have chairs and tables but for my delivery restaurant it does not work and they lied completely lied about everything.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros it offers excellent features for restaurant management, and the design is very modern . the software runs smoothly without major glitches, making it reliable during busy hours. I like the integration bundle but they should have a unlimited bundle package to be better then Chowly and 3rd party providers and if they created a website they would definitely do great and they should do something with DoorDash and third parties to lower commissions rate one small restaurant can’t make that difference but a platform like toast can literally take over the virtual market with just a few of these options Cons the pricing and add-on fees can be a bit high for smaller businesses. also, the customer service response time can sometimes be improved. Integration took to along to set up I had to add google direct ordering for my location and got over charged I may have to switch integrations.
