Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros NONE The use interphase is quite similar to that of Adobe Acrobat. Thus, it is quite easy to make the switch from Adobe. While Adobe has switched to annual subscriptions, a format despised by a majority of users, PDF Pro was reasonably priced and available in a perpetual license format. My software was purchased many years ago but continues to perform flawlessly - wouldn't change it if they paid me! The Help Desk is one of the best over all the years I've used them. Always helpful solving my problems. There is no advantage to this software. The only thing it doesn’t without a fuss is to merge several PDF at once. But even then… Cons Not impressed with this software at all. Current PDF Pro is much pricier (perpetual format) than the previous versions, and the company is pushing monthly and annual plans. Can't think of anything I'm not happy with and would change Nothing comes to mind, they always respond quickly. To divide a PDF into several pages, you have to break it down manually! Impossible to modify without breaking your entire layout. When you save the merge PDF, it decide to save it according to the wind! Could be here or there.. so you end up with files everywhere. Even though you specified were you wanted them to be. I ask customer service to contact me, thinking there might be ways, that aI just don’t know about… nothing !! NO SUPPORT Pros from Real Users Pros nothing None There are no benefits at all. These guys are scammers. N/A Nothing. Apparent failure to convert PDF file as advertised. The PDF compression worked. That is the only nice thing I'll say. Scammers. Nothing to like here. I have tried to translate a pdf for 0.95 euros, the service doesn't work, and like scammers they billed me for 39.95 euros even though i don't use their services again, and you cannot cancel the subscription on the bank card because you can not see the subscription in bank account. i don t receive the invoice for 39.95 euros NOTHING - does not even merit a One Star [but cannot upload review with giving one star]. The service is definitely a scam as evidenced by many users who were misled. None: they are similar in features than many others but they are 'criminals', using the credit card used for a 'one time fee' for monthly charges
