About
Ownkube is a cloud platform for deploying and operating personal applications, databases, and developer projects. Users can launch open-source applications from a marketplace or deploy workloads from GitHub or GitLab, container images, the web dashboard, or command-line tools. Apps can receive public HTTPS addresses, with managed PostgreSQL and Valkey services, logs, metrics, autoscaling, and rollbacks available through the platform. The hosted service supports web apps, background workers, and scheduled jobs, with usage billed through a prepaid wallet. Developers can manage deployments from a terminal or connect coding agents through Ownkube's Model Context Protocol server. Customers can also run deployments in their own AWS account, using AWS infrastructure with Ownkube's dashboard and tools. The service is intended for developers, indie makers, and small teams running personal software and side projects.

About
Suga is a developer platform/engineering tool that transforms infrastructure into a self-service platform, enabling developers to launch applications quickly while ensuring platform teams retain governance and controls. It supports drag, drop, and deploy workflows; platform teams define reusable building-blocks (“plugins” or “blueprints”) like services, databases, storage, entry-points, queues, etc., which developers can then compose freely within those guardrails to build apps. Local development is supported with “cloud-accurate services and data” so developers can iterate without needing full cloud resources. Suga includes features such as secure entry points, service ingress, infrastructure agents, and an AI agent (“Suga AI”) that helps translate prompts into architectural setups. Platform engineers are able to ship infrastructure updates that benefit all apps (not just new ones), and enforce consistency.

Pricing
$0/month
Personal is $5/month and adds $5 of wallet credit monthly; unused credit rolls over and does not expire. Pay as you go has no subscription and requires a wallet top-up of at least $5. Compute usage is metered; databases, caches, and reserved boxes may have separate charges. A Starter cluster in the customer's AWS account has no Ownkube fee, but AWS charges apply. Production clusters also incur Ownkube fees based on requested vCPU and memory, plus AWS infrastructure charges.
