The ability to book freight and check on best freight options is also a plus. We can track our jobs through the production schedule all the way to delivery and invoicing. Cons There are some technical challenges from time to time and seems to be a lot of maintenance downtime. Although they have improved the communication on the maintenance downtime schedules.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that I can manage inventory from anywhere, even on my iPhone. I can connect Zoho Inventory with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books which saves me tons of time and effort. I can also dispatch sales orders and manage POs. Cons Sometimes trying to search for a product can be hard as the search field does not populate that well.
