Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Orderful is the first system we found that lets us see everything. We had other EDI providers that would not show the raw transactions. Orderful lets us work the way we want to work. They do the heavy lifting of the communications and AS2 translations and we get to work with a good API directly from our ERP system. We can write our own reporting and notifications from the raw transactions we see. Great support team and setup was fast and easy. Platform has had no downtime since our integration. Great design, easy to learn and use, multiple data filter functions, very good customer service support. Helps bring a lot of things together and provides visibility across multiple platforms. Very good!!! Easy to setup for those familiar with APIs; great customer service ; great for those just starting out with EDI ; super versatile. Cons Not really a downside but it would be nice to have access to APIs as well as AS2. We work with a lot of trading partners that have API access and it would be great to have one single simple interface that covered all of our business transactions. No bad experiences with it, the platform has been easy to use. Takes time to load big transactions and show time entire UI gets stuck, need improvement to handle big size transactions. Can't always connect with some things but overall has been great. Limited low code data transformation capabilities ; limited native integrations.
