Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Support, we were having issues understanding reporting at Reservoir Bar and Grill on a Friday and the owner was not happy going into the weekend with the report looking off. Jack was able to explain everything and provided excellent assistance. Reliable, hybrid POS system that minimizes downtime and keeps operations smooth. Tailored solutions for small-medium businesses Dynamic back office reporting capabilities Locally invested — OrderCounter understands the unique needs of local businesses. The biggest pro about OrderCounter is the accessibility of help right then and there with their support team. They have been able to solve any issue we've had with our POS system. You can tell their employees are very familiar with the software and the willingness to assist you is top notch. We had some issues with our kitchen printer and within 15 minutes the problem was resolved each time. The support team even called me a week later to check in to make sure we haven't had any other problems. The product itself has made our business run more efficient as well as give us the ability to offer new services like online ordering. I also really like how customizable the POS system is. All the adjustments are endless so you can really pin point how you want it to be and how you think it will make your business more efficient. OrderCounter POS does it all. Ease of Use. Very Customizable. Changes to menu items can be made by a manager on the fly. Support is always there. Top Notch equipment, service !! Great all around System is really great in restaurant and bar C’est Bon Cons It was mostly us not understanding the reporting. can't think of any major cons for my system. In the event my internet goes down, I'm still able to use my system and process payments. Only con I can really think about is if you are not somewhat technically inclined it may be a little difficult trying to understand and setup or update items on your menu. We also had some issues with our reports not lining up as far as totals since we introduced online ordering, but has been resolved! Some of the canned reports do not give us exactly what we really want, but there are enough to choose from to get the info by using two reports and viewing side by side. Everything this system has to offer is really great .	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Restro ERP is best in managing Restaurants, Hotels, Café, Dining area and Other outlets from a single point of control. It provide POS, hardware & system to interlink each processes. It helps in revenue generation, reduce the errors in billing, ordering etc. The various reports helps in taking the right decisions at right time. The cloud storage feature has made my data safe and more accessible from anywhere. Services and support are really good. I had asked for the support even after their office timings and they helped me out. Thanks. SMS integration feature is cool, I get Instant alerts of each and every transactions on my Mobile Number. POS Feature of RestroERP I like the most. It helped me to speedup checkout process in my business operation. Cons Backend is technical and need to interlink with related hardware's like POS , handheld etc. A small training is only provided by RestroERP initially covers maximum of the features. When I purchased this software there is no facility for mobile reporting. But now they update the system and now I can see all reports on mobile. No problem with the software. support is also there for any issue. They properly train my employees for operating software. It will more convenient to operate if it has Android app. In earlier time I was unable checkout consumers due to so much crowd, Now it becomes so sorted and easy.
