Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Highly engaging and immersive venue design - Opportunity to include additional features such as gamification and multiple registration types (with different permission levels) - Multiple stand tier levels which include everything you would expect from a live Trade Show format (downloadable materials, customisable elements, banner advertising, video hosting and ability to walk-in or book meetings with Team Members) - Easy to navigate - even for less tech savvy attendees (includes a short how-to tutorial included) - Hands-on approach from the Team It's a bit like the Sims with webinars, video conferencing etc. Professional while still being engaging and fun. Recently used it for an event and it had gaming elements built into it, we could collect tokens and win prizes as we engaged with stalls. It's easy to use, the map function makes everything clear. Could download information easily, access the agenda easily etc. Cons - Some email issues with attendee firewalls and spam filters You can't blur your background when on a video call.
