Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I did like the many times Geert the owner of Optymasys spent on videocalls before we said yes to buy the software and website. Also the listing of a new property is not so hard. Cons We are dissatisfied with the software and website purchased from Optymasys because they do not meet our expectations. They are not user-friendly and suffer from numerous technical issues that disrupt our operations. Additionally, Optymasys provides inadequate customer service, ignoring our messages on WhatsApp, and the owner does not respond to calls, making it impossible to communicate with our team of developers who were supposed to integrate a different website. They have made many promises but failed to deliver. Further inquiries with other customers have confirmed that choosing to work with this company was a mistake. It’s nothing personal, but from a business perspective, it’s a complete mismatch.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy signature process and is fairly intuitive. Easy to use in mobile applications for phone / tablet. One thing I truly love about Dotloop is how user-friendly it is! That is very important for my end and my client's capability. My clients are even capable of signing on their phones. I love the way that each client can be put in their own loop. Every document that is part of that transaction can be stored. I also love how changes can't be made without clearing signatures that are already present. As Realtors, we are working with legally binding documents so clients feel secured. I also love how I can have folders so all of my needed documents to complete a contract are separated by counties, etc. Cons Does not organize files and cannot sort by file name - it’s manual drag into order you want files to show up in the record called Loop. Does not accept mail, word or other types of files. Only PDF files. This system should upgrade to allow this. I do wish that Dotloop had the feature like DigiSign where multiple documents that are uploaded as one can be separated through the portal. Main Con: Zillow has some ownership of the company now.
