Pros from Real Users Pros This is a sharp looking platform which is also affordable. I also like the interface with Firestick. The speed at which you can update content and control image rotation made the entire process super simple and efficient. Love the ease of use and UI, kudos, many big software companies just slap stuff together and offer it. Your UI looks like it took time and was well thought of. Ease of use and professional design. I can show people the weather and my office reviews. People like to see those 2 things and it is interesting to them. Digital menu is very eye catching. I like how I can edit the menu on the spot if I sell out of something. I also like I can do it from my phone. Very easy to use and install. Has most of the features we're looking for. I like the fact you can use Amazon FireStick as device to load the app. Cost - very inexpensive to get started. Ease of use. Templates - you don't need to be a graphic designer to create professional looking ads. Apps. Set-up is fast and easy. You will have your screen up and running in minutes. The price is one of the best you can find for a cloud based digital signage solution. The apps to connect with social media are so easy and work great. I have set-up and deployed over 90 OptiSigns and just can’t say enough about how good they are with customer service. Easy to use and updates happen within seconds. The price is the best we could find out of any vendor. It is so easy to get information from waiting patients. They absolutely love the ability to have content available for them to learn from. Furthermore, the slide creator is equipped with a variety of design features, making it possible to create engaging and visually appealing content. The interface is well-organized, making it easy to manage devices and playlists, which is especially beneficial for companies with extensive operations like ours. The viewneo ecosystem has been the backbone of our internal messaging/information display. It runs all our screens over multiple branches in multiple states and let's us easily assign different groups to each department. From showcasing work, and RSS news feeds, to custom welcome screens for clients, the system has allowed us to easy disseminate the information we need from any office at any time. We have recently also been using other viewneo products for more experiential needs via rfid sensors and touch interaction. The breadth of technology available is impressive and we look forward to expanding our use for new applications in the future. Cons The native slide creator, while functional, can feel a bit clunky and offers somewhat limited creative options, which might be restrictive for those looking to produce more sophisticated presentations. Additionally, the pricing of the service is on the higher side, which could be a concern for businesses looking to scale or manage costs aggressively. While the interface is html5 compliant, the mobile use is still manageable, but feels more optimized for desktop.
