About

PosterBooking allows you to turn any TV/Monitor into digital signage, using an Amazon Firestick or Android Device, making it easy to remotely upload and manage images and videos from the dashboard. Best of all PosterBooking is FREE to use for your first ten screens. With unlimited content uploads and unlimited playlists, you can even schedule content to play at your desired times. Supports images, videos, web URLs, Google Slides and includes weather and news apps, all available for free. White-label options available allowing to to scale. You need a TV or any digital screen, no need for it to be a smart TV. For the Amazon Firestick, connect it to your screen, then search for “PosterBooking” on the top left and install. Login into PosterBooking dashboard, click “Add Screen” and enter your screen code. For other devices install the required player under “Download App” in the dashboard.

  • This is a sharp looking platform which is also affordable. I also like the interface with Firestick.
  • The speed at which you can update content and control image rotation made the entire process super simple and efficient.
  • Love the ease of use and UI, kudos, many big software companies just slap stuff together and offer it. Your UI looks like it took time and was well thought of.
  • Ease of use and professional design. I can show people the weather and my office reviews. People like to see those 2 things and it is interesting to them.
  • Digital menu is very eye catching. I like how I can edit the menu on the spot if I sell out of something. I also like I can do it from my phone.
  • Very easy to use and install. Has most of the features we're looking for. I like the fact you can use Amazon FireStick as device to load the app.

Cons

  • There isn't a thing I didn't like the service is great the team are great and the integration is perfect and very optimised.
  • Nothing worth mentioning, it took me some time to get used to the user interface, but that's just me.
  • So far, there's nothing bad to be said about it. It's just great!
  • I couldn't find any cons as just yet. I guess it could be free, but i couldn't find any good ones that were free.
  • Limited Advanced Features: While PosterBooking offers essential functionalities for content creation and display, it may lack some advanced features that are present in other paid digital signage solutions. Businesses with specific requirements may find the software somewhat limited in terms of customization and advanced scheduling options.
