Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have served as an external consultant for several practices implementing OptiMantra. The platform is really customizable - we've been able to set up individual intakes and charting templates, email and text templates, and calendar configurations for clients. OptiMantra also has a robust library of templates that we have been able to leverage to get clinics started. OptiMantra has e-prescribing, insurance billing, and integrations with tons of different labs, which has made it easy for practices to manage workflow and track everything centrally. Very comprehensive intake and charting workflows, HIPAA-compliant teleheath and patient portal, analytics and tasks to keep my practice on track very responsive customer service, eprescribing, payment processing, and other integrations so I only need to use one screen for everything Cons The OptiMantra team has been responsive and is routinely delivering new features and updates, so I have not had or heard of any major issues with the product. Took me a few days to get everything set up (though their team ported over all my intake notes and charts for free!)
