Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is flexibility in changing what works best for our business and the manufacturing bill of material works very well for our product. Be patient - There is a learning curve, but support is great with being patient and helping you through it. It is an excellent all Encompassing ERP Solution, for small to Medium size businesses. We use the WMS extensively. With the ability to put number plates on each pallet which allow for easy warehouse tracking. OpenPro ERP is a comprehensive open source, cloud based ERP and Warehouse Distribution pkg. It is well laid out and easily modified. Though it doesn’t have a flashy interface like programs written in React it is very easily quickly Modified to meet almost any business challenge. We have 7 divisions to our company from wholesale to retail to ecommerce we also have a construction division and a manufacturing division. Job cost, POS, ecommerce, payroll, mobile app timekeeping all work together in an integrated fashion! Priced very reasonable for the features offered! Support has been excellent! This is a program that can easily handle all size companies from small to large! I love their CRM and their workflow manager. And the program easily integrates with many other programs. Except for design software like Vector Works we rarely leave OpenPro in daily operations! Cons Sometimes there are updates to the system that will change a certain processes. There are time through where that change will actually be for the better, but not always. The look and feel is an older look and feel, While the functionality exists the UI is not modern and sleek. Reports need to be a bit cleaner. Actually I am pretty satisfied with the program. There will always be features you want that are not present in the software but the companies willingness to integrate with other software pretty much fixes that issue!		Pros from Real Users Pros Their extremely easy to get through to and you feel like a person not a number in some corporate mumbo jumbo, as well they innovate every day and are constantly and consistently upgrading features that are available to all and not only if you pay some exorbitant fee like other software's The work orders in Vibe was a game changer for us we are a hat store from fittings to cleanings work orders helps us keep track of every alteration and service that our customers need ensuring a chain of custody and responsibility Reports, Inventory Management and the CC Payment processing as well their customer service and support is top notch! Speed matters in our business, and Vibe keeps lines moving. Transactions are quick, payment processing is smooth, and inventory updates instantly. The reporting tools help me understand shrink, margins, and top-selling items without guessing. We needed a POS that could handle complex inventory and still feel easy for staff - Vibe nailed it. The item organization, categories, and reporting make sense, even with hundreds of SKUs. Compliance aside, what we needed most was solid inventory control and customer tracking - Vibe delivers on both. Product variations, barcodes, and vendor tracking all work smoothly. The system doesn't lag eve during busy hours. Vibe is powerful but doesn't feel overwhelming, which I really appreciate. Training new employees is easy because the interface is clean and logical. Inventory tracking is accurate, even with multiple vendors and variations. I've used Square, Lightspeed, and a couple of others - Vibe is the first system that actually feels thought out for scaling retail. The customer profiles and purchase history are incredibly helpful for repeat buyers, and the built-in loyalty tools let us reward customers without third-party apps. We run a high volume retail health operation, and Vibe handles it without slowing us down. Checkout is fast, payments are reliable, and cash discounting was easy to setup. We switched to vibe after outgrowing our old POS, and it's been a night-and-day difference. The inventory management alone saved us hours every week - being able to see stock levels across all locations in real time is huge for us. Reporting is actually useful, not just charts you never look at.
