Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is flexibility in changing what works best for our business and the manufacturing bill of material works very well for our product. Be patient - There is a learning curve, but support is great with being patient and helping you through it. It is an excellent all Encompassing ERP Solution, for small to Medium size businesses. We use the WMS extensively. With the ability to put number plates on each pallet which allow for easy warehouse tracking. OpenPro ERP is a comprehensive open source, cloud based ERP and Warehouse Distribution pkg. It is well laid out and easily modified. Though it doesn’t have a flashy interface like programs written in React it is very easily quickly Modified to meet almost any business challenge. We have 7 divisions to our company from wholesale to retail to ecommerce we also have a construction division and a manufacturing division. Job cost, POS, ecommerce, payroll, mobile app timekeeping all work together in an integrated fashion! Priced very reasonable for the features offered! Support has been excellent! This is a program that can easily handle all size companies from small to large! I love their CRM and their workflow manager. And the program easily integrates with many other programs. Except for design software like Vector Works we rarely leave OpenPro in daily operations! Cons Sometimes there are updates to the system that will change a certain processes. There are time through where that change will actually be for the better, but not always. The look and feel is an older look and feel, While the functionality exists the UI is not modern and sleek. Reports need to be a bit cleaner. Actually I am pretty satisfied with the program. There will always be features you want that are not present in the software but the companies willingness to integrate with other software pretty much fixes that issue!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've been using RetailGraph software for 10 years, and it's user-friendly. It helps me handle purchase and sales reports well. If I face any issues, I can easily get help by sending a support ticket to the SWIL team. I have been doing RetailGraph for the last 5 years. And believe me, it has helped me a lot in managing my business. Now, I am looking at the business as more organized than ever before and taking proper care of sales/purchases. Apart from this, it is also helping me in GST filing, e-invoice generation, and making all the related calculations easy. I consider as an all-in-one software solution that can be customized at any time, and its support team is available for you with intelligent solutions. As a business software, RetailGraph not only provides you an accounting solution but also ensures your inventory, sales, purchases, monitoring order processing and timely delivery. In short, it manages all my business tasks and saves the time that I spend on calculating my business data manually. Also, it helps me in filling GST and gives an easy way to generate e-invoicing. This way, I feel that I am getting more accurate in filling GST. I am using Retailgraph for 2 years. If I tell about its characteristics, then I have got countless benefits from it. I am now more independent and able to understand more details of my business, stocks, customers/vendors. Also, I can save my business from any kind of mess, which was not possible earlier. Earlier, I used to know and my products used to expire which used to make me lose a lot, but now, I already get an expiry alert through Retailgraph and I manage my inventory accordingly. Apart from this, billing and tax filling have also become easier. Cons N/A. It includes many features to manage my business. Sometimes it is valuable, or sometimes it is not used. It all depends upon the business requirements. If you want any changes, it also comes with a customization facility. Since it includes so many features to manage my business, I felt overwhelmed at first. But once I understand it, I consider RetailGraph to be a powerful tool that lets me track my business and give me exactly what I need. If I look at its disadvantages, I have not received anything like this yet. Because the team resolves every problem of mine immediately or I get it resolved with customized options.
