Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros OneUp Networks gives our team dedicated resources and consistent performance. We access our applications throughout the workday without worrying about other users affecting our server. Their team also responds quickly when we need assistance. We’ve had a very good experience with OneUp Networks. We run multiple business applications on the same server, and everything has been stable with smooth integrations. Their support team is responsive and also helps with application-related issues, even joining calls with third-party software providers when needed. This has made managing our systems much easier. Migration went more smoothly than we expected, and our team was able to get back to work with very little disruption. We've been using it for several months now, and remote access has stayed reliable even when multiple staff members are working at the same time. We had a few setup questions early on, and support responded quickly with helpful answers. Moving UltraTax CS to OneUp Networks made our day-to-day workflow much easier. The migration was well organized, and our team was able to continue working with very little disruption. The hosted environment has been stable, remote access has worked well for our staff, and performance has remained consistent during our busiest filing periods. Whenever we've had questions, the support team has been responsive and easy to work with. OneUp Networks helped us to setup 60 users on a single private dedicated unified server so now all the users can access QuickBooks Enterprise and UltraTax CS together without changing the logins. All the users can reach out to the knowledgeable human support who are very polite and answer queries within a minute. Pricing is also not shocking, as we are on almost similar price from last 2 years. Cons We spent some time configuring the environment and getting our team familiar with the setup. Once we completed the initial configuration, our staff found the system straightforward to use. Nothing so far, everything works better, even more than expectations. We had to update a few user preferences after the migration, which took a little extra time. It wasn't a major issue, and support walked us through everything without much hassle. The initial migration required some planning and coordination with our team, and there was a brief adjustment period while everyone became familiar with the new remote access process. After that, everything settled into a routine. Can't think of anything right now. They make our life easier, what else would I complain.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to setup, instal apps and manage websites. There is nothing more. You have the possibility to do nearly anything. Nothing at all. There are no redeeming qualities of this platform and it should never be considered by anyone. There are literally no imposed limits, not bandwidth, visitors, database size, use of plugins, etc. I don't have to work around limitations. Their tech is fast and their support too. Managing of websites is done using Plesk, which I had not seen before but now I think it's the best. Light years ahead of the pack. Very intuitive and easy to use, this makes me more productive. The features available to me are mind-blowing, I actually need fewer plugins on my websites. Great documentation for Plesk and more things you needs to know. Questions are being answered and as its managed support, they will do it for you. Zero nagging points to sell me more stuff, it's cleanest UI/UX (worth mentioning). Cons Outages in the order of hours are no exception. Unavailability of services or support is standard. Imagine putting your clients' sites here. Their slogan from their site: "We provide you with a unique and unmatched hosting experience, delivering 99.99% uptime & 24/7 support" it is pure fiction and has nothing to do with reality. Worst hosting experience I've had. If you want to lose business and feel frustrated, order their services. Everything. Ridiculous downtime (just this weekend along I'm at 24 hours down - that's half the weekend...), terrible support that's incompetent in more ways than one, and slow speeds. A few months ago support was a bit slow but that has changed. I know I will not be happy with other hosting companies after this experience (I hope we will be together forever :)
