Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Works Without Internet -Faster Transactions -Better Data Security and Local Control -Full Functionality -High Customizability -Reliable for Continuous Operations -Easy to Customization -Easy to Update from the author -Good Support I’ve been using Off-POS in my medicine shop, and it’s been a solid experience so far. It offers everything I need—inventory management, barcode support, customer/supplier tracking, expiry management, and multi-branch handling. The POS interface is smooth, and their reporting system gives a clear view of profit/loss, stock levels, due payments, etc., which helps a lot in managing the business better. Cons -Limited Remote Access -Need a bit more Report -For a single license, it is not allowed to install in multiple places Reports are detailed and helpful for tracking profit, dues, and stock. However, the UI could use a modern refresh, and I’d love to see more integration options with online stores or accounting tools. Also, some parts of the documentation could be clearer for beginners.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing at all piece of crap. They will go into your account without your concern and deduct money. For doing very much nothing. I never found any, it was too good to be true. Telephone call sounded good but it all fell apart once I placed the order. I love the idea of a POS system with a one time payment for the software, or having the option of a monthly payment. It's pretty simple to use. Easy to organize your system. Cons Nothing at all. Just taking your money for nothing. They are very deceptive to make the sale and refuse to reply to any call after the sale. They make false claims to sell equipment. They never reply to calls in a timely manner, very poor customer support. I do not recommend. Hard to set up initially. There is ZERO documentation. And only a few how to videos on youtube. So if you run into problems you have to call their number which is only available during 9-5 hours. The printer is hard to set up. We have a 58 mm printer and it's extremely hard to read what is printed out, and our logo is pretty much unreadable. I think the One time Price tag for the software is a tad high for what you get.
