	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Give DevOps top view of whole CICD workflows. Easy to understand which commit with which build and test results. A big picture view and control of the build process, with a nice browser-based interface. Great customer support. Pipeline configuring setup for a CI/CD process is very easy and innovative. By using the RIQ Pipeline it makes the respective developers to track the status of their commits for a deployments and failures. ReleaseIQ EKS deployments is a very useful component in their product which makes us integrate with other tools especially Jenkins for building an image which dynamically used by the EKS component to apply it to our cluster. Pipeline UI gave us better looks on logs/Pipeline status. Cons Should support more CICD tools, such as ArgoCD. No condition workflow (for example if A then B). Not easy to customize scripts. I don't have any cons to report at this time. Their support team quickly helped me when I had a question. I personally don't feel any cons for ReleaseIQ. It fits well for automated deployment Process we do using Puppet.
