Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros After extensive research to find the best software compatible with QuickBooks, I found that Now Commerce offers the most robust functionality and features. One of the standout aspects is the ability to create customized order forms for our clients, which has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our processes. The software is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage daily operations without complications. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional. Every time I reach out for assistance, they either answer immediately or return my call very quickly. Their team consistently resolves any issues while I’m still on the phone, ensuring that I can get back to work without delay. Easy to use way to interface QuickBooks Desktop to our 3PL. Staff is responsive to all customer service needs. The customer service agents are extremely helpful and dedicated in helping with all your company needs. The program also integrates into the accounting software which allows your company to be more efficient and eliminates the extra data entry time with invoices. The design of the product is simple and easy to use on all devices. Perfectly integrated with QB's. Saves us an enormous amount of time processing customer's orders. Our customers can access almost real time inventory. Customer support is the best. Very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. Never have had any down time or technical problems. Cons None. My only regret is that I didn't find Now Commerce sooner. As of last time I checked (2024), they did not have a QuickBooks Online solution. No cons, once set up the system runs itself. Possibly a dedicated app that can be used on a iOS device for a one click icon The cons actually originate with QB's (not NowCommerce). The web connector on QB's does not update quick enough. It would be beneficial for it to update quicker so that my customers have better real time connection to my inventory. Nothing comes to mind. I have never had a negative experience.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Quickbooks Desktop support is much needed and very responsive. Great for small businesses that find the need to take control of their accounting in a professional manner. Pricing is also very competitive and there are many features to keep track of expenses, commissions and invoices. There is not much I do not like about Quickbooks. It is easy to use, very intuitive and makes a business easier to run. You can keep up with inventory, pricing, vendors, customers, credit cards, invoicing and banking. There is really no end to what Quickbooks can do. You can literally reconcile bank statements and credit card statements in minutes. You can invoice customers and e-mail them and then accept payments via credit card or pay online. You can make it as detailed as you want it - it is really up to you how much or how little you use all that Quickbooks offers. Reports are so easy to do and that makes quarterly reports and end of the year for the IRS so easy to do. I recommend Quickbooks to all of my customers. I have been using QuickBooks for over 15 years. I have enjoyed the ease of use in the layout. Getting to where I need to go and finding the information I need is as simple as following the flowchart type of screen on the Home screen. Single database helps with faster access of data. Reliable to integrate with excel for exporting files for analysis. Great and much more effective with financial management. Cons It can be somewhat complicated and get you over your head. But if you stick with it, it's a powerful solution. There is so much to like about Quickbooks that the CONS do not really even count. The expense of it is sometimes hard to stomach and then there is the need to renew every few years. That is just part of business. QuickBooks isn't the best for our Construction company. We cannot get job costing correct without having to audit and manually enter some things to apply our true burden. Our company is also growing, and QuickBooks is being outgrown at this point. It's best suited with financial management and user friendly.
