Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros nothing yet I don't have anything positive to say at this point as nothing has worked. Adding works to reach 100 characters. When it works, it's great. The functions to create a stamping zone and apply seal are "adequate when working". Cons 3 appointments in and still not successfully onboarded. Did a video confirmation of my ID. Was e-mailed an activation code, and after signing in, am prompted to receive a second activation code by Text or Phone. Neither option works. Discussed with Tech support. No resolution. Had a second call to discuss with Tech support. No resolution. Waiting on resolution. Downloading, my AV quarantines one of the app's files. Training videos are poorly prepared: too fast, too small, no useful audio track. Randomly fails to apply seal, and gives conflicting status and error messages.
