Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cheap. Email and SMS alerts. A lot of check for a little price. Can disable all alerts at the same time for maintenance. Cons Support slow (2-3 days answers). They will suspend your account if your are not happy. Poor design and UI (but you don't really need that).		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy set-up Good overview/dashboard Slim design Already good features in the free version No SPAM Mails, Pop-Ups, constant tries to upsell Easy to use. Easy deployment. It is very cheap compared to other complex and very expensive tools. It has many configuration options. Easy to set up and maintain. Clean and simple user interface. Smart alerts and notifications that don't bombard you with information or repeated requests. We needed a solution to keep a track of how of service, If everything is indeed up. Datadog was too intense. Found uptime to be perfect for our scale. Instant communication on downtime. This is a life saving feature. I like the mobile app version as well Monitors multiple websites easily. Notify you when they're an issue. Reports the length of the outage. Affordable. Used to work, but this is no longer the case. This service cannot be relied on and the support is abysmal. I reported that I have 2 accounts, identical monitor on each. One reported 7 minutes downtime, the other 45 minutes, which one is correct? - their answer: "this is normal". Huh??
