Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Works within CRM to provide an effective signup solution. Reasonably priced and allows for acceptable bulk sendouts. It can literally do any Sharepoint automation we need with a gui and the ability to write scripts using JavaScript. It also can automate the sending of emails and create reports from the gathered Sharepoint data. Cons Customization of email that gets sent out desired. Could use more diversity in options, including multi signer being more intuitive. Pricy for a single user. I suggest if you are going to use this you should be a large company who can make full use of the subscription cost in all your automation needs and not just one of the five possible that we use since the ROI was not great in our use case. And it is an ongoing cost for automation when needs to be offset by a time savings somewhere. The Ability to have lots of different Notation languages (Archimate for Enterprise Architecture Diagrams) Dictionary is extremely valuable, as we are mapping the IT Systems and Data Objects in the Business Process maps as well. Map Processes in filling out an Excel template (Quickmodeler) Easy to use Cons Missing Workflow function (Actors email stored in maps -> makes is not usable). Reporting, Dictionary not enterprise-ready -> to slow and Reporting limits (250 processes). Variants of processes (no functionality for it). No To Be processes functionality Copy function only 1 one 1 process (if you like to keep your Revisions/versions) - no Folder can be copied Support if you have a bug can take many months (this got worse and worse). No of Bugs have increase a lot.
