Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nickel makes handling both receivables and payables incredibly easy for my aviation insurance brokerage. Payments are simple to send and collect, funds arrive quickly, and the cost is extremely competitive compared with other platforms I've used. The service has also been very reliable, and on the few occasions I've needed support, I've gotten a helpful response and a quick resolution. API to integrate directly with our CRM Great payment UI Ability to do partial payments Ability to add cc fees Nickel makes handling both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) simple. I like that I can send and receive ACH payments completely for free. It also lets me pass credit card processing fees directly to the customer, which saves my business a lot of money. Nickel is incredibly easy to use, and their customer support is top notch. Best of all, our vendors and customers consistently tell us how much they appreciate the smooth payment experience on their end. Nickel is very straight forward and easy to use. Payments get there fast and on time, and is very easy to pay vendors. Cons My complaints are pretty minor. The two things I'd most like to see are a direct Xero integration and API access included at a lower subscription tier. Neither is a dealbreaker. I can work around both in my day-to-day operations, but either would make an already excellent product even better. I have been having some issues with the webhooks but nothing major and they have been very responsive They do not offer international payment options right now. They also don't allow you to transfer funds between internal Nickel accounts directly. Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. The platform has been straightforward and easy to use from day one, and any questions we've had were quickly resolved by their support team. There is nothing I don't like so far. At first there were a couple features lacking but their development team is shipping new features weekly it seems like.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Paddle is All-in-One solution. It unifies subscription payment and billing management. It enables us to grow in market seamlessly. Helps in handling accounts merchant currency tax compliance and more. With a few clicks we can go global. Easily customisable. It can create any billing cycle like seat based, uses based, credit based. It automatically handles VAT and sales tax. Saves a lot of time. Super easy to use and I've used it when purchasing several different products before and was very straight forward and simple. Cons Very supportive and responsive customer support team. No cons. Not sure if there are any cons from my standpoint.
