Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I bought a .com domain from Namecheap which cost only 6.16 $. I am happy with the purchase, and the service i am getting is really worthy. Server updating also took place within a minute. It's really cool. ° I like that the price per additional user for email is affordable enough for just about any business. Whether you are a small business or a large company, these prices are very well adapted to the number of users your company needs compared to how many you want for your domain. ° The main panel of the email manager is very comfortable, I can manage all the features, both the storage and the password. Everything on a single page in an organized way without the need to be a computer expert to manage the company's emails. ° It is very secure, one day I could not access my account and I had to go through many verifications to access my account. So I can rest assured that anyone other than me can access the company's private data, which is very important since I could extract information without realizing it. ° The technical support was very attentive and friendly. I was able to solve my problem of configuring the DNS of my website and thus have everything well connected. Also, as I mentioned before, they were able to solve my access problem when I lost my phone and had no way to access the company's data, which is very important due to the number of clients I handle. ° Its email platform is very comfortable and simple. I don't like the delay and the synchronization that it has, but its interface is very simple and friendly. I didn't get lost when I wanted to answer customer emails and also that I can correctly configure my profile within the company in a complete way to show more contact information to my customers and employees. Another of the features that I love about this platform is that the emails it offers are quite complete, the inbox that this platform offers you has many tools that will help you send and receive emails without any limit, within each inbox you can customize your signature for each of the emails, in addition, the background update system will allow you to receive emails even when you are not using the inbox, the inbox will be updated immediately to notify you that you have received a new email. In addition, the prices that this platform has are really low, I have noticed that for each inbox you get, you will have to pay a very minimal fee, for which you will be able to create several emails for your entire company without paying so much. So, It's best for me. ° The initial configuration of emails with DNS is extremely confusing. They should make video tutorials instead of just explanatory text which is very confusing for a normal user. Plus it took time to understand certain features when I was first adding NameCheap to my DNS. ° The emails have a long delay, since I have done tests among others and they take time to arrive. I have had to wait up to 2 hours for an email to arrive, it is unheard of. I would like them to improve that or give an explanation so that the emails will not take so long since that would affect the reputation of the company by not having a good response time since the emails arrive late. ° Domains are overpriced, I have found better solutions, including Wix, which is also expensive compared to NameCheap, it is very cheap since this platform seems to inflate prices. It was not very useful for me to get dominance on this platform so I can't give it a good score on this side. ° It does not have a mobile application for emails, so you have to manually configure the server, which makes it slower even to receive emails. I spent a whole day receiving several emails when I was doing the tests, I thought it was because the DNS had just been added, however it was not, since their server is very slow. ° I don't like that if you don't pay on time they delete your emails including their content. Despite being a frequent user, I had problems once when I forgot to cancel my invoice and it was that all the content of that email disappeared. I understand that they disable mail, however they should not delete the content until a certain time, giving the chance to be able to pay my monthly payment and have everything as before. I am very disappointed in this and now I always keep in mind the automatic renewals since this platform does not hesitate to delete everything if it is not paid on time. The main negative feature that was not close to this platform is that you cannot be late with the payment of any invoice, that means that if you have the automatic billing period configured for your inbox, you will have to pay it on the corresponding day, of otherwise, the next day your inbox will disappear and there will be no way to recover it, this is a negative thing since on some occasions our company has forgotten to pay for the subscription of work emails, and it has been a very annoying process for We have lost the amount of information that we had stored in the inbox, so, to counteract this, we are always vigilant about paying our work mail bill. Another thing that I do not like about this platform is that the work emails it offers do not have a read confirmation system, so if you send an email to a recipient, they will not be able to know what their attitude is when they have opened that email.
