It has everything we need, from clinical operations and practitioner capability to an admin hub. The simplicity once all information is in system the program is simple to follow, it has all we need. There are several features of NextGen that I like. I feel like it is very easy to use. It is nice to be able to scan directly into the EMR. Cons Sometimes the changes made by IT come by way of software messages and there is no time to read them all. When someone is in chart, we cannot access chart, sometimes, we use this part every day. I wish that there was a better way to document a phone note.
