Pros from Real Users Pros The service has been working well. It is effective, the support staff are helpful, and we have definitely cut down on the manual testing required before a release. We have outsourced all of our testing to Muuk now. They handle all of our manual and automated testing. As a small software company, this enables us to focus on our primary skill of development and partner with Muuk to do the testing		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Multiple Formats for Test cases, Hierarchical Storage, Test Runs with Results, Statuses for individual test cases. Beginner friendly - Easy to learn. Personalized dashboards. Activity reports. Lots of customization options. Jira & Confluence Integration. TestRail makes managing our test suites and test cases extremely easy. Set up was simple, and the reporting that TestRail provides is very good. It's hosted in the cloud too which makes it simple for our remote team members to stay involved in the testing process. Cons Don't think of any cons other than the fact that it doesn't have a mobile app. No option for bulk operations - delete or mark. No integration with Slack. None really so far. Had one issue that was solved by support very fast.
