Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • There are not pros. There is not advantage to using any of their products. I do not recommend. Terrible.
  • Good documentation, easy to understand. One liner of code for complex functionalities. Good community - very helpful.
  • Heard about these guys from a Youtube recommendation on song Moralis Web3 serverless dApps, my dev kicked in and have to say Moralis simplifies development and makes it look like a piece of cake.
  • Community, Documentation, Tutorials, Forum, One line codes, Boilerplates, Web3UiKit Affordable Plans.
  • Used Moralis for my project in resume for a web3 job and really helped me to build a fast dapp. Great tool.

Cons

  • The product they advertised only one year ago was all lies. Don't waste your time adding this as a dependency to your systems. These people are not reliable and are most likely frauds.
  • Nothing as of tech, but would love more free servers.
  • No cons found at the moment, If I had to complain I would say wen Moralis Web3 Serverless dapps 2?
  • Sleeping Server, I know this can be fixed with pro which I have got it done now.
  • No cons as of now, no complaints as it works like charm.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • QuickNode makes it easy to connect and interact with multiple networks easily even when using free RPC endpoints. The setup is quick, the dashboards are clean, and the service has been stable in my experience. It’s super helpful for testing, script development, and quick contract interactions without needing to host my own nodes. I really like how many features are packed in support for tons of networks, good documentation, and useful developer tools even on the free plan.
  • QuickNode provides seamless, high-speed connectivity that’s essential for time-sensitive trading on Solana. The setup and management process is intuitive, and their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making troubleshooting a breeze.
  • Users can deploy nodes across many cloud providers thanks to the platform's multi-cloud capabilities. This adaptability guarantees scalability, redundancy, and the freedom to select the infrastructure that best suits their requirements.
  • QuickNode makes Web3 development a breeze: - No node setup or maintenance, just focus on building. - Access multiple blockchains with blazing-fast global nodes. - Easy-to-use APIs, pre-configured for instant setup. - Rock-solid infrastructure for reliable testing and deployment. - Effortlessly scale to handle traffic spikes and enterprise needs. - Get alerts for important events, store data on IPFS, and access add-ons.
  • The wide range of services, tools and plugins are available for most EVM compatible networks, helping developers getting started and actually build a product.

Cons

  • The rate limits on the free tier can be a bit restrictive when you're doing high-frequency testing or building tools that ping the chain frequently. Slightly more generous limits would go a long way for developers in early stages.
  • I still think that we should be able to try the add ons before we buy them
  • Despite the platform's user-friendly design, there can still be a learning curve for those who are unfamiliar with managing blockchain nodes. A more seamless onboarding process requires sufficient documentation and assistance resources.
  • Centralization: Not as decentralized as running your own node, which may be a concern for some projects. Cost: Can be more expensive than running your own node, especially for high-volume applications. Limited control: Less control over node settings compared to running your own. Vendor lock-in: Switching to another provider might require some effort.
  • Starknet is still missing from the blockchain list.
