		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Zoey platform has been extremely customizable to exactly what we needed. Our Zoey contacts listened and delivered what we needed. Affordable. Service is outstanding and the interface looks just like our website! It's functional but not too cumbersome. We used Zoey in a nonprofit providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to first responders in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We love how customizable Zoey is in terms of checkout flow and order management. Most of the customizations we required could be done with no code, and we were able to do other customizations with minimal code. Cons The integration process took a lot longer than I would have liked but we got it in the end and it's amazing. Nothing stands out. We're happy with everything so far. We wish the developer documentation available (as it existed when we implemented Zoey) had more examples in Python. The provided examples were for PHP. We also wish the APIs were a bit more consistent: we ended up having to make calls to both the XML-RPC API and the REST API. While the backend is well organized, we wish it had a search function for the individual items and options in the backend.
