Monk vs. ShipMonk Comparison Chart

At ShipMonk, the goal is to create customer-facing, forward-thinking solutions that challenge long-static logistics standards, evolve with the ecommerce landscape, and make fulfillment user-friendly for brands of all sizes so they can focus on growth. With this in mind, the technology ShipMonk develops is free of charge to clients. In terms of fees for 3PL fulfillment services, these vary by client, as every business has unique needs in terms of inventory, shipping, slotting, etc. That being said, the general pricing structure is as such:

ShipMonk's minimum pick and pack fee is $250/month. There are no restrictions when it comes to the size of clients they work with, but the minimum cost does cover running each account on the ShipMonk platform, and account support.

First item pick fee per order is $3.00. Additional item pick fee per order is $0.75. Promotional inserts cost $0.20 per order.

Item returns processing is $2.00 plus $0.50 for each additional return item in an order.

Special services (fulfillment services outside of your usual monthly plan) have their own pricing: $45/man-hour in general, container unloading ($300 per 20' container and $500 per 40' container), packaging materials ($0.15 - $2.00).

Storage fees depend on bin size. Small bins are $1 per month, Medium bins are $2 per month, Large bins are $3 per month, X-Large bins are $4 per month, and Pallets are $25 per month.
