About

hopit Manufacturing is real-time OEE, downtime tracking and production monitoring software for small and midsize manufacturers. It provides live visibility into machine states, running orders and production KPIs such as availability, performance, quality and OEE. Downtime events are captured automatically and can be enriched with reason codes to identify recurring losses and improvement opportunities. Machine and production data can be collected through hopit Edge from PLCs, CNC controllers and industrial equipment using technologies such as Siemens SINUMERIK, Siemens S7, Beckhoff ADS/TwinCAT, OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT. The platform creates a reliable production data foundation for reporting, analytics and AI applications.
