Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This company sold us a tactical walking stick… they sent a cane??? They charged double what was supposed to be charged! Give us our money back! The pricing and production time is great. Variety of products is also good. Customer service is very good. This company is quite deceptive with their costs and offers low end quality products. They have an army of reviewers that are 'compensated' for their reviews. Their API pulls all orders from my Etsy store, not just the ones from them. Huge privacy risk for your customers. BUYERS BEWARE! Cons Nothing! Scam!! This company sold us a tactical walking stick…they sent a cane??? They charged double what was supposed to be charged ! Give us our money back! Almost nothing works. Every single feature has major flaws. This will cost you allot of tie and headache. It's totally unorganized, messy and full of problems. Not scalable at all. Awkward and antiquated design interface with only a small portion of products able to be designed through it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The variety and number of different products offered is great. You can select from t-shirts to caps and much more. The quality of products is excellent with fast shipping times. It integrates easily with bigger platforms like Shopify. They have good software to design products - limited product selection. They good models for mockup but prices don't justify it. They have great product options and the print quality is the best I've seen in print on demand. Their mockup generator super easy to use and allows you to easily drag and drop images to update products. They've done a great job expanding to international markets, allowing you to sell in international markets at a reasonable rate for international shipping. Cons Sometimes, the shipping gets delayed and not received on expected delivery date. I think some products are overpriced. The prints may get faded with time. The setup fees, the high product cost, the super high shipping costs. What profit? I would be paying customers to make a purchase. Changing POD now! Their prices are a tad high per product as compared to other print on demand platforms, but it's worth paying a premium for the quality of their prints / products and ease of use.
