• This product is truly amazing. Great, great system. Works flawlessly. Documentation is excellent. Support is amazing. They actually answer the phone and are very prompt. We've also integrated their CRM (Docentt) for marketing. Nicely integrates and works great.
• The customer service. The team Med right team was very prompt to tailor to our facility's needs and provide training to our staff.
• I absolutely love the updated version of Medright/CareRight. The program is intuitive, making it simple to use. The features are limitless, making it customizable to each organization. Our entire team is able to utilize a variety of aspects of the program. CNAs can complete ADLs for residents and maintain a shift change document. Administration can do a significant amount of supervisory work with one glance at the home page. Lastly, nurses can pass medications, chart, pull a variety of reports, and much more. This is an excellent program and we are very happy to utilize it.
• MedRight is a fantastic EMAR program. I am CEO of a long-term care facility, and my clinical staff finds MedRight to be easy and intuitive to use, and rarely gives me any negative feedback. The updated Admin page is a great improvement, and provides for better reporting functionality. Additionally, Mona and her support team are both friendly and knowledgeable, and consistently provides timely follow-up. MedRight has historically been very responsive to any problems, seeks out customer input, and solicits new feature requests, etc.
• Mona has a superb attention to detail and will listen, refining the approach and asking questions along the way, to your entire request and respond accordingly.
• MedRight is intuitive for the end user. Support staff is available on a 24/7 basis to address questions or matters that arise. It is one of the easiest solutions we have come across to use and we researched multiple platforms.
• This software is amazing. It does everything to help us run our community. Easy to learn and use. The medpass portion really helps us avoid mistakes and schedules everything important for passing of medications. Scanning is great and their phone application for the eHR is very helpful.
• I like that it has an easy flow, you can follow it very well. I love the safety features it has on the passing side and the way it reminds you who needs meds that hour. The color contrasts is very nice and easy to read.

Professional support team is responsive and great to work with. Best value option we have found, and we work with all the big names.
• The program has all of the residents information needed. The face sheet allows you to see a picture along with all of a residents allergies and important information. The program has all assessments needed for residents and service plans. The program allows for easier med passing with details on the medication, you're able to highlight all and choose if it was given or refused. The staff with MedRight is easy to reach and very resourceful and will walk through any problems step by step. This program is easy to use even for those who aren't "tech savvy."
