	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Over time, the platform helps improve email deliverability in a noticeable way, especially for users running cold email campaigns or outreach strategies consistently Easy to use with a clean interface, saves time, and helps improve online visibility and engagement. It’s beginner-friendly and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to get started, which makes it very convenient. It's reliable and runs automatically, so I don’t have to constantly check it. It also handles multiple accounts really well, even when you’re working at scale. The fact that it works across different email providers is a big plus for us. I also like having the spam score there to quickly see if everything is okay. Mailwarm is an excellent email warm-up tool for improving email deliverability and sender reputation. The automated warm-up process gradually increases sending volume, helping emails land in the inbox instead of spam. It supports domain and IP warm-up, integrates easily with common email providers, and is ideal for cold email outreach, SaaS, and marketing campaigns. The dashboard is clear and the setup is fast, even for non-technical users. Cons The platform offers limited advanced customization options, which may not satisfy experienced users looking for more control over the warm-up process Some advanced features are limited, and there is room for improvement in speed and overall performance during heavy use. So far it’s been doing what we need, no complaints. Advanced users may want more granular reporting on inbox placement and spam signals, but the core email warm-up functionality works very well. I told to the support they said that they will launch spam score feature in the coming weeks.
