Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros MYBOS has proven to be vital to our business. The interface is intuitive and the dashboard provides an easy to understand snapshot of the general status of the building. The calendar has been very useful as it let's us know what is coming up for example preventative maintenance. The features are well thought out and we love the apps that allow us to work from anywhere at anytime. Once you get your building set up the software is intuitive and basic level support is good. There are a lot of features available. Cons I liked everything - there was nothing that I did not like or found difficult. Inspections using the App used to work but now do not. No response from accounts or sales teams - we have sent 6 emails and made 3 phone calls trying to set up a new building we have acquired and have heard nothing back.		Pros from Real Users Pros Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options. Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months. Very good program for managing tenants and reports for the real estate management firm. easy to use. If you want great customer service that is what you will get. Not only are they quick to solve the issue but they go extra mile and are very patient and kind. user friendly and intuitive software. Boost your team's efficiency with a seamless, easy to use interface I really find texting to be huge, as it allows for seamless and fast communication with all of our tenants in the building, as well as other properties. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy. The system brings leasing, maintenance, accounting, reporting, and tenant communication into one easy‑to‑use platform. The search tools, workflows, and automation options save a tremendous amount of time. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with third‑party tools and how powerful the reporting features are. The IT person was very helpful and very polite. He went in to use my computer to double check to make sure everything was correct. It was. user friendly & I can always call support if I get stuck. Rent manager university was a huge help to me coming from QuickBooks. I did quite a few tutorials. Great customer support, they are willing to help with anything and are super joyful to speak to. As well as the reporting is top-notch
