Pros from Real Users Pros The whole process was easy to navigate through with good features. Customer Service is great with great support and pricing A robust user interface, pretty straightforward. Setup within a month. Payment integration, and a lot of options we're planning to use in future. Wordpress + WooCommerce integration via their plugin. RestAPI for custom integrations. Great assistance from their engineering team. Robust genealogy management, nice-looking and adjustable back offices, all the commission can be calculated instantly when a purchase confirmed on the online shop. - pricing is super affordable comparing to other software of THIS level (of course there is always a cheap alternative but most of them just a crap) - high-end network analytics: we're able to get whatever network data we need, including retention, effectiveness of promos, et cetera 1. integration of the platform with our custom CMS (actually it can be integrated with anything :) 2. commission calculation according to our custom compensation plan I like the options available. I like the ease of access. I like the professionalism of the Sales and support teams. I like the advantages the software platform provides to our enterprise. I like the pricing. System flexibility, easy usage, perfect customer support, unbeatable price-performance-ratio, all-inclusive solution. We liked the easy APIs and their user interface. It is easy to use and easy to integrate with our other systems. Their installation team has been extremely flexible. The software integrated with our system very easily via API allowing a seamless flow of data to allow our distributors to keep up to date with their daily business activities. The option to customize the online office is a fantastic addition. It's very easy to use.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing! There are no pros to list here. I waited and paid for 6 years for them to get it working properly. Cons With no exaggeration... The support rep is an extreme abuser when on their end things are broken. He will also tell you to pay when they have a glitch or something needs fixed to improve their software. He will always tell you that they don't need you because they have better customers who pay more. I have stored tons of emails of verbal abuse. On top of it all the product is very outdated, slow, hard to use and constant bugs and glitches. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Leaving for other software has been a huge relief and saved a ton of money vs what I paid for 6 years that they never did get working properly.
