	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - easy to set up - helpful onboarding documentation - very configurable - offers bot protection - offers lottery-style entry or first-come-first-served Easy, simple and seamless, become a part of our and our client's solutions. We have saved money by implementing Queue-it and have always been happy with the support and professionalism throughout the whole organisation! We had major issues last 3 years but this time all went smooth simply because we had Queue-it in place. Everyone got served fairly. We didn't look anywhere else for another product as this served our purpose well. Queue-it is easy to use and guarantees that a busy on-sale or spike in traffic won't cause any problems. The dashboards are easy to read and share with colleagues. Very easy and quick product to get setup and working and it does what it says on the tin. The Queue-it team are alway quick to response if you have any questions. Cons - admin interface is a bit dated - some documentation could be clearer, when dealing with more complex installations I struggle to come up with something not to like about Queue-it. Been so satisfied with the account management, support and software. Always there when you need help and the software is nothing else than fantastic. None. We didn't know our application & server capacity as it is setup on a new infrastructure. So we had to continuously increase the outflow to reduce the wait time in the queue! Customers were happy to see the wait time go down fast! I've really struggled to come up with something I dislike about queue-it. Everyone from the company is very friendly and professional. Their support is next to none and have helped us with a few bespoke requests very quickly. Can't think of any, the software just works and the team are always there to help.
