Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With a nice and friendly user experience, it is fast and very easy to manage, clear, and simple, yet robust and powerful at the same time. The fact that it is a headless platform, gives us a lot of security and flexibility in the development of our online store. Advanced functions that are very easy to learn and apply. Easily scalable and good support service. Very good and quick response service for web services connections and API integrations. This platform has been built just a few kilometers away from my business, and that gives me a lot of confidence since local commerce is very important to me. The opportunity to visualize and customize a product in real time, with 3D and in a 360º format, is something that cannot be done in any other brand, neither in our own sector, nor in any other sector. It is incredible the immense amount of detail that can be configured with the 3D Customizer. On a technical level, the variability of customizers is much higher than that of any other. Some models have thousands of possible options, which, when combined, result in billions of variations. Each option has its own specific programming. The programming of the laces does not behave in the same way as the programming of the soles. Therefore, it was necessary to accurately program which materials could be used in each component to properly display all the possible combinations to the customer. Cons I can't think of anything that truly detracts from the tool's experience. Being a SaaS solution, you cannot modify the core code, but this gives us more security than with an open source platform. Nothing to highlight in negative. It's a platform with a good support service. I am very happy and I can't point out anything negative. There have been technical difficulties, especially in the beginning, due to the level of customization. However, LogiCommerce's technical support team has always been available to help us and resolve these issues.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has a simple integration with a wide range of business tools allowing the organization to synchronize the software with its process, without having to make many changes to ensure the operation. Its customizability is one of the main advantages, leaving us to choose what we want to show and what we don't, in addition to customizing the interface so that it can perfectly match the company's standards. It has prefabricated templates that facilitate the immersion in the tool and ensuring that we can get off to a good start operations and transactions within our online stores. Cons In OpenCart wholesale sales are not fully optimized, compared to its competitors has much to improve in this section, although in general the tool works very well. It is not so easy to adapt to OpenCart, important knowledge is required to be able to manage from this tool, otherwise it may not work in the best way causing constant errors. In larger stores may have limitations that hinder the experience, causing errors in companies that are then translated into losses, it is essential that they can improve this for the development of the application.
