About
Logbooks for Guns is browser-based record-keeping software for Federal Firearms Licensees. Since 2011, dealers, C&R collectors, manufacturers and importers have used it to log more than a million firearm transactions in an electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book. Firearms come in with barcode scanning and go out with ATF Form 4473 completed on a tablet or computer, with the NICS response recorded on the form. A business can keep separate books for consignment, gunsmithing, pawn or NFA items. No correction overwrites a record: the original entry and the reason for the change are kept, and the complete book exports for an ATF inspection. Each team member has their own permissions, existing records import from a spreadsheet, and a REST API with webhooks connects point-of-sale and e-commerce systems. Dealer plans are tiered by annual acquisitions, starting at $8 a month; collectors, manufacturers and importers have their own plans, and every plan begins with a 30-day trial.

About
With over 35 years of history, PawnMaster stands as the pawn industry's longest-running and most trusted on-premise management software. What began in 1988 as a vision to create powerful yet user-friendly tools for pawn shops has evolved into an enduring legacy of innovation and reliability.
Developed by pioneers who understood the unique challenges pawn operators face daily, PawnMaster was purposefully designed to streamline everything from inventory tracking and loan processing to regulatory compliance.
Today, PawnMaster carries that legacy forward as the on-premise offering from Bravo Store Systems. As part of the leading retail management software provider, PawnMaster benefits from extensive Bravo resources while staying true to its pawn shop roots. While PawnMaster has changed ownership, the dedication to developing software by pawn people for pawn people remains steadfast.
