Log360 offers centralized log management, real-time threat detection, and incident response. It supports compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Combines EventLog Analyzer and ADAudit Plus for complete visibility. Provides customizable dashboards, alerts, and forensic auditing tools. Alerts land already triaged and enriched, so we're not sifting through raw noise to figure out what's actually urgent. Investigations come with clear timelines and evidence, which made it easy to explain what happened without translating raw logs ourselves. Escalations move fast and the analysts clearly understand our environment, not just a generic playbook. Onboarding went smoother than we expected, and it was pulling its weight within the first few weeks. The biggest win for us was coverage. We got real 24/7 monitoring without hiring more analysts, and the alerts that reach us are already triaged and enriched, so the team is not drowning in noise anymore. Investigations are thorough and easy to follow, with clear timelines and evidence instead of raw logs. When we escalate something, the response is fast and the analysts actually understand our environment. Onboarding was smoother than expected and the platform was useful within the first weeks. Cons Tuning took a few weeks to get detections fully aligned with our setup but it was expected, definitely worth planning for.
