	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Best part about the TimeLinx is that provide enterprise level integration across CRM - covering lead management, product delivery & quotation, multi level audits, enhanced revenue optimization module. What I like most is that everything is in one place. It's easy to keep track of projects, assign resources, and log time without jumping between different tools. The dashboard gives a good overview, and the reporting features make it easier to see how projects are progressing. I liked its ability to remind me every time my subscription was ending and discounts on every time of renewal TimeLinx offers an excellent combination of CRM and project management tools. Features like time tracking, scheduling, and billing work seamlessly. The reporting tools are detailed and customizable, which helps our team monitor progress and stay on track. Best customer experience, higher profitability. Clean and simple user interface. Easy to navigate any features. Cons Cons are more or less similar to other competitors - Steep product learning curve, User Interface is not as per the current market needs, Report customization is constrained for specific features, Total cost of ownership for the tool can be steep for small organisations One thing I didn't like is that it takes some time to get used to all the features. A few pages can feel a bit cluttered, and some reports could be easier to customise. Overall, it's a good platform, but there is definitely a learning curve for new users. I dislike the reluctance of support team and inability to allow us login from different regions The user interface feels a bit outdated and not very modern. New users may find it confusing at first, and onboarding or initial setup guidance could be better and more user-friendly. The learning curve is slightly steep. There is nothing as such which i have disliked about this product so far.
