Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the way that the learning paths are structured, providing guidance to the self learning process. Short courses are available for an overview of the concept. Various courses are available to acquire new skills. The courses are updated regularly. A part of the LinkedIn ecosystem. Easy to complete courses. Soft skills for management and other non technical fields. Encouraged by companies. Huge amount of content - technical as well as soft skills Works from within the LinkedIn platform Provides certifications on course completion Self paced learning Practice from within the site - Code editor (+) Lots of content is available on Linkedin learning. (+) Quality of learning and training. (+) Certification on completion. (+) Easy to use and a great platform. (+) One can ask questions and get real-time solutions. Cons Some content is dated and should be updated to account for recent trends in their fields. Subtitles are not available in a different language. Sometimes the course is very basic and does not meet requirements. I couldn't find many advanced courses for professionals. Expensive for personal use. Currently certifications are provided by LinkedIn itself, It should include certifications provided by other established organisations like Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon as well to encourage a better engagement. (-) Too much content on the same topics can be a bit hard to choose which is best for you. (-) The platform gets stuck sometimes. (-) There is no option to get live class/session with instructors (-) The pricing model can be changed to cost per course instead of a monthly subscription.
