Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We've been using this for more than 5 years consistently for our two signature events. Lineupr has been great in communication and their product just works well. Line-Upr was a joy to set up, work with and bring to life. It really helped our conference, Hamburg Model United Nations 2026. The support team is amazing and easy to reach at any time a day. We can truly recommend Line-Upr to all those, who have an event coming up. It really helped us, as the Secreteriat, to keep an eye on everything as well as our users, the delegates, to have a fun and interactive platform to look at and work with. Once again, great team and great project. We are extremely thankful for the opportunity and would like to thank all who helped us bring this to life! Easy to use, intuitive back-end interface, and no app to download for users (handy since we've had issues with our bank users downloading third-party apps), and great for attendee management and networking. Desktop and mobile optimized with a pricing model that's scalable and flexible depending on options. Great support as well - very responsive from a person (not a bot). The options to create profiles and link them to schedule items is really nice. The app is clean, clear and easy to develop. The feedback from our participants has been consistently positive. The app provides all the key features we need for a successful conference: the full scientific program can be displayed in an organized schedule, unlimited handouts and notes can be uploaded, recordings can be linked easily, and messages can be sent to all attendees. In addition, the platform offers many other useful tools that enhance both the organizer and attendee experience. We also find the pricing fair and the overall value for money very good. The support team deserves special recognition: whenever we had questions or specific requirements, they responded quickly and were always able to help. In several cases, they even provided tailored solutions to meet our needs. Cons Not as fully featured as the much more expensive options out there. We didn’t quite get around to understanding all the settings, with more time and more people working on it, we for sure would have though. We are really excited to deepen our understanding in the upcoming years and can not wait to set Line-Upr up once again, with more experience and a clearer vision! n/a - all round a smooth experience for a first-time user of the product No real cons, however in app opening of files could be a nice extra touch (currently solved through links) Looking ahead, there are a few enhancements that would make the platform even more powerful. It would be fantastic if speakers and sponsors could manage and update their own content directly. For example, sponsors could maintain their virtual booths themselves by uploading and updating text, videos, and other materials. Another feature high on our wish list would be the ability to schedule messages for automatic delivery at a specific date and time. While messages can currently be prepared in advance, adding a scheduling option would be a significant improvement for event organizers.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have liked Splash from the start because of its performance and the wide variety of features and automation it provides to my team. It's an exceptional platform to start doing event marketing and channeling customers in an easier, more targeted, and efficient way. I have not had any problems with Splash; on the contrary, it is a unique software that has wholly covered our needs. Splash is a visually appealing tool with a well-organized user interface and practical features for optimizing event marketing processes. It makes everything easier for my team, from tracking leads to devising marketing strategies and events to attract customers and promote brand awareness. Splash helps me visualize a great job in events and user participation to motivate them to be my customers. The support is straightforward and helpful; it is beneficial and useful in my department for decision making. Cons The software is excellent; we have had no problems at all thanks to its correct functioning. On the other hand, its user interface is not the most intuitive, and its customer support service can be improved. Although its performance is excellent and affordable, the payment methods it offers are a bit limited; I would like to be able to have more payment alternatives. It is very efficient in terms of deployment; however, there is a small detail that I don't like very much, which are the integrations.
