About

LexPI is a practice management, case management, and document assembly software program for New York personal injury litigators. It offers an inituitive, easy-to-learn interface, and is available for Microsoft Windows© platforms. LexPI is the only personal injury case management application developed, used and continuously enhanced with new features and capabilities since 1995 - proven and improved for twenty years - with feedback from hundreds of firms and thousands of users. No competitor can make that claim. LexPI provides seamless integration between your client files, documents, scans, firm calendar, Outlook™, and case information, with a direct calendar interface to e-Law™. LexPI can be used in conjunction with your tablet, smartphone or virtually any computing device, and can be run remotely using readily available remote control software (e.g. PCAnywhere, GoToMyPC, LogMeIn, TeamViewer). LexPI can run on your servers or run in the cloud, whichever suits your practice better.

About

Westlaw is a legal research platform developed by Thomson Reuters that provides access to case law, statutes, regulations, court decisions, and other legal research materials. The platform combines comprehensive legal databases with AI-powered search and analysis tools to help legal professionals find relevant authorities and evaluate complex legal questions. Its KeyCite citation service enables users to verify whether cases, statutes, and regulations remain valid and examine how legal authorities have been interpreted. Westlaw also provides litigation analytics, document analysis, and tools for researching judges, courts, attorneys, and law firms. Advanced editions include AI-assisted research that generates answers grounded in legal sources and provides links to supporting authorities. The platform serves law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, and other organizations conducting legal research and litigation analysis.
