About Label LIVE is label printer software that takes the pain out of label design and printing. You can print barcodes, address labels, shelf tags, inventory labels and more. Works with printers from mydpi.com, Brother, DYMO, Zebra, ROLLO & more. Compatible with macOS or Windows 10 and higher. Label LIVE generates PDFs that can be sent to any printer that is installed using a driver. This means you can send complex print jobs to inkjet and laser printers, too. Label LIVE replaces clunky "mail merge" and integrates directly with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Apple Numbers Spreadsheets, or CSV files. Need to import spreadsheet data? About PDF stands for Portable Document Format and it was created by Adobe to ease document exchange. doPDF is a free PDF printer that does what the name suggests, creates PDF files. Once installed it will allow you to convert any type of printable documents to PDF files. doPDF installs itself as a virtual PDF printer driver so after a successful installation will appear in your Printers and Faxes list and also in the list of All Programs. Using doPDF you can convert to PDF in two ways: Print to PDF via the virtual printer driver doPDF. You would do this exactly as you print to a regular printer, just the result will be a PDF file, not a printed piece of paper. Using the doPDF Startup window. doPDF has an executable file (accessible from the start program group) that you can run in order to start a conversion wizard.

Pros from Real Users Pros Label Live has been a great piece of software, for my daily work routine, for managing, IT computer equipment, and managing, inventory stock for the warehouse. Quick to set up - Total control of the output. You can switch out the variables and upload via a spreadsheet QR Codes. Good selection of Icons and arrows etc. Its easy and fast to use. I use this constantly on a daily basis and it offers me exactly what we need! Intuitive and easy to work with it. Also print better than the native program of my zebra printer. That's all folks. Can create our own layout, this is why we decided to use this product. Easy to use with excel and laying out where we want the line items to go. All easy to use. Simple and good. Is Apple compatible, easy to navigate, all options for the various UPCs' and the customer service is excellent, you will not be disappointed. Automatic QR Code generation. Generate templates for different uses. Import info from excel sheets using custom fields. A lot of features. Very convenient. Great way of automating label printing using Excel tables. Ideal software for a good price (especially if you use it to print a lot of labels). Its interface is simple and easy to use. Layout is very basic. The price is less than many programs.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros doPDF has been my go-to print-to-pdf software for many years until my Windows 7 computer finally died in October 2021. Over the years, I tested several other similar products with less than stellar results. No matter what I created in MS Office, Open Office, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc., doPDF faithfully reproduced the original file in pdf format. When I shared files with others, I never had any complaints about how the doPDF file rendered in whatever pdf reader the recipient was using. No matter how off-the-wall the fonts I embedded, fine screens, graduations, backgrounds, vector graphics, custom colors - all rendered exactly as the various programs with which they were created with zero issues. I did side-by-side printout comparisons of the original files versus the pdfs created by doPDF and was very pleased with the results. Cons There was nothing I did not like about doPDF. It did exactly what it was supposed to do - print to pdf. It's an elegant, streamlined software that consistently exceeded my expectations.
