Pros from Real Users Pros Gosh, there are too many things I love about this platform. Making cinematic movies, with CONSISTENT CHARACTERS! That's crazy, and it's also just a good video and image generator. When I'm low on computing seconds, I use LTXV Turbo because it's fast, efficient, and has amazing results. 1) UI/UX – Simple, Robust, Effective. The ‘X’perience has been smooth, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable. 2) Features – Thoughtful and Well-Designed. Every feature feels like it was built with the user in mind. 3) Speed – Unmatched. This is hands-down the fastest response system I’ve experienced. I edited lots of existing images for a new project and created new images with LTX Studio. The processing was very simple and the quality was very good. I really like the character design feature and the story boarding feature. The ability to change each image in real time in the story board and even animate is great. This also really helps brainstorming a story board and visualize a script to either use directly or for reference. The interactive storyboard is awesome!! Many good things, such as you can easily work with different AI tools and you can create your own model as well. I like the interface, the way the AI is building the storyboard, and, in general, the accuracy of the AI in generating particular types of scenes. It seems that the AI is more comfortable with particular genres (ie. children's, sci-fi, fantasy) I was up and going in just minutes. I actually uploaded my new original song lyrics and LTX created scenes for me that I interwove into my bands live performance. At this point, I’m enjoying the massive increase in the quality of the outputs. I’m an occasional user. Easy to use! Wonderful output quality, text editing is simple and the quality of interpretation in overall feel is great..		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Fake customer service, to trials, no refunds. App doesn't enhance your videos - it makes it look like a cheap cartoon. Do not need to download software to enhance videos therefore do not take up precious PC space. Easy to use tools, the video enhancer works well on human faces especially. Low price of a monthly subscription but you can't cancel it later and there is no contact with support. They are very good at advertising their product which is actually hopeless. N/A. Cons Nothing. App doesn't enhance your videos - it makes it look like a cheap cartoon. The customer service replied in one week with copy-paste nonsense. I have bought many credits from Vmake to enhance my old films. I was left with 268 credits on 13 April 2024. But on 14 April, I realized I was only left with 3 credits! I am very sure I did not anyhow use these 268 credits as I saved them to enhance my future films. Until now, the customer service has not got back to me. They do NOT care about their customers! These credits are not cheap. It's scary that the credits just vanish out of thin air! Do not believe Vmake when they said your credits can rollover. Its a risk not worthy of! I feel scammed. No contact with support. It's been 7 days since I purchased the subscription and I still haven't received 20 credits. The quality of the AI Video Enhancer service is terrible. It is not possible to cancel the subscription. There is no information anywhere on how to do this and there is no link to a page where you can cancel your subscription. I'm starting to feel like a person attacked by internet scammers. I paid for a service that was not provided to me. In two weeks my credit card will be rebilled again. The only solution is to contact the bank and block this card. I registered myself and and got the free credits that they are giving. then I wanted to try out the website by uploading a video to enhance it. On the site its written to download you need 2 credits. But the download button is not active. I bought 5 more credits and still couldn't download the video. I contacted the support and called but nobody is helping.
