Helps to achieve bigger engagement with our clients. Helps them to navigate faster without frustration and saving time on both sides. The tool is easy to implement and personalize. Clear charts on the dashboard make it easy to interpret analytical data. Reports of searches with no results, no clicks and low conversions help in working with the content of the page. Convenient redirection and synonym settings and personalization of the suggester create huge marketing opportunities. The product ensures that we increase sales through both search and referral. Cons - Weighting adjustments can only be done by support and not myself The analytics part, while very useful, has one limitation – the data is only stored for three months.
