Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I use Koofr on daily basis and really appreciate the zero-knowledge Koofr Vault for my special files. But mainly I use automatic phone backup of my photos and videos, since my phone storage is always full. I was using their free 10GB plan for a long time, but last year bought a 100gb plan and works really well. Easy to use. Secure. Fast speeds. Great support, even though it's email, it's quick. In a privacy friendly jurisdiction. Feature rich and always improving. Privacy orientated. It is very interesting to be able to connect our Dropbox, google drive, Amazon and iCloud accounts into a single service with which we can send data from one of these services to another so freely. It is a good option when you need to save space, and to be able to access data stored on various platforms from a mobile or desktop access alike. Koofr can integrate to all major cloud services on the web, so there is no difficulty adding documents that are within platforms like google drive to share and send them to some other service, which makes Koofr a kind of intermediary service to avoid losses, among other uses. Cons While mobile app work really well, there could be more features. Lacks Zero Knowledge Encryption. Has no live support. Koofr limits a lot the capacity you can get depending on the plan you choose, so in case you need to be able to upload files irrelevant of their size or format to one or several clouds at the same time, it is almost mandatory to be able to buy the advanced versions of the platform. It takes a long time to synchronise all services. Koofr automatically synchronizes all our data in the cloud, so in case you want to delete any specific file you must do it separately, resulting in a huge effort. The ideal would be to be able to choose what types of files will be automatically chosen by the system before uploading them to the cloud.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing - even worse if you do not have consistently good internet! I have lost files - I have used the wrong version of files. I have spent hours trying to fix this. Even ChatGPT gave up and said talk to MS Support! The content collaboration features of Microsoft OneDrive are excellent. This has been a superb and friendly tool that makes the sharing of files so smooth and efficient. I am impressed by the simplicity and ease of use of Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive keeps our files secure online. Useful collaboration features like document co-authoring. Robust mobile apps allow accessing files on the go. Also amazing integration with other Microsoft apps. The platform's synchronization functionality allows for easy access to files across devices, which further enhances flexibility for the users on the go. Cons It tries to take over - it falsely claims folders are synced when they are not and beware the BIG one - folders that are ONLY on Onedrive Cloud but not locally on your drive. Despite setting the folder to ALWYS be on your device. I am impressed because all the features of Microsoft OneDrive are amazing and reliable. I do not have even a single complaint. I have zero issues with Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive has been amazing. Syncing large folders can be slow & error prone, Advanced features requires Microsoft 265 subscription. When dealing with a large no. of files & folders it has been a bit messy.
