The system manages after-hours calls, takes messages, assists with call routing, and helps customers reschedule appointments efficiently. Their team understood our requirements well, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered a reliable and user-friendly solution. We were especially impressed with their technical expertise, responsiveness, and ability to translate our business needs into a practical AI-powered product. Prismetric did a great job understanding our requirements and building an AI-powered phone answering solution for restaurant calls. The system can handle booking requests and common customer inquiries 24/7, capture caller details, and help keep guest information organized. Their team communicated clearly, responded quickly, and handled changes professionally throughout the project. Prismetric helped me build a diagnostics and medical imaging platform designed to process imaging data, support clinical workflows, and surface urgent cases for faster review. Their team understood the complexity of healthcare software, communicated clearly throughout development, and handled both the technical architecture and product requirements professionally. They were responsive, flexible when requirements changed, and kept the project moving without sacrificing quality. Prismetric helped us turn our idea for an AI-powered travel planner into a well-designed and functional product. Their team understood our requirements clearly and implemented complex features such as a conversational AI interface, personalized itinerary generation, smart route optimization, real-time itinerary updates, budget tracking, interactive maps, and collaboration tools. Communication was consistent throughout the project, and the team was responsive whenever we needed changes or improvements. We especially appreciated their ability to translate our product vision into practical technical solutions. Prismetric helped us build an AI-powered fintech platform with smart automation, faster data processing, and useful financial insights. Their team understood both the technical and business side of the project, communicated clearly, and adapted well as our requirements evolved. Cons The initial configuration and fine-tuning required some collaboration and testing to get the call flows exactly right, but Prismetric was responsive to feedback and handled the adjustments efficiently. There were no major issues during the project. More detailed documentation during the final handover would have been helpful, but their team was always available whenever we needed clarification or technical support. There were a few points where I needed extra discussion to refine complex workflow requirements, but the team was responsive and incorporated my feedback quickly. Overall, this was a minor issue compared with the quality of the final delivery. There were a few occasions where complex features required additional discussions and iterations to get the experience exactly right. However, their team was responsive to our feedback and handled the revisions professionally, so this did not significantly affect the overall project. Some of the AI features took a little longer to fine-tune than we initially expected, especially during testing. However, the team kept us updated and worked through the issues carefully before launch.
