Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Since we started working with Kamatera everything was simple and easy. A clear and clean interface that allows you to manage the cloud infrastructure in an agile, intuitive and simple way. Surprisingly fast and lag-free hardware that makes virtual machines work perfectly. Clear invoices that perfectly report the expenses incurred during the month. All this added to the excellent treatment with his technical team. A 10 for them. Easy to use and functional. Great customer support. Years in business and trustworthy. Affordable prices. Cons The support is always in English, if it is not your language... a phone call is complicated, but the chat and email work well. The fact it's only Windows OS but I am using Mac OS.
