Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The tool helps us stop fraudulent emails that fail DMARC authentication from getting delivered to the recipients’ inbox. I like how we can easily configure our domain’s DMARC and SPF records with the help of this tool to authenticate legitimate emails and ensure a healthy outbound email flow. I love how simple and effective the tool is. It has made it very easy for us to manage the outbound emails flowing from all our domains. I have been using this tool for more than a year now and it has helped me a lot in securing my domain against misuse. It has helped us in a major way in terms of our email deliverability rate. Smart SPF is one of the best features that this product offers. It helps you alter IPs and email sources in the SPF record through its dashboard without the need to visit the DNS. As the company grows, the threats posed to its reputation also grow. Domain forgery is one of the leading threats that a company faces. People can destroy your market reach using your domain name to send inappropriate emails or malicious content to your customers. However, a tool like KDMARC comes in handy while dealing with this situation. It has amazing features like Smart SPF and Identity Access Management (IAM) that make domain security a very easy game. Cons There is nothing that I dislike about the tool. Great tool to protect our email domains. I don’t dislike anything about this tool. In fact, it offers quite interesting features and a user-friendly dashboard. I have enjoyed using the tool. So far, no complaints. Improvement is always an ongoing process but I don’t think that there’s any scope for an immediate change in this product or its design. KDMARC has to be one of the most user-friendly domain security tools in the market. Can’t find anything wrong with this product.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When I got stuck, the chat team was right there to bring me back to reality and even credited the second submission of my validating list. The chat support is excellent. I had questions and was able to get them answered fast. Plus the live chat rep offered me a discount on my initial purchase. Worked great! Quick support team. Helpful policies. Just started using this tool for my consultancy; apart from this I have been using this in my past organization for more that a year. Since I use ZeroBounce, I get a better inbox rate because I am sending only to valid email addresses and ZeroBounce are excellent to get the best verification. The necessity for email validation has never become so apparent in keeping IP and Domain reputations in good standing. Reducing or down right eliminating the amount of bounced email goes a long way in ensuring that the sender isn't looked negatively upon by email ISPs. The fact that Zero Bounce offers an API, makes it much more streamlined for the likes of automated email campaign generation, and email list sanitation programs we use on a daily basis. Cons A couple of features weren't so easy to figure out. But I guess I should have read the instructions through a second time. Nothing to note here. I have not started actually using the service yet. Know that my review is mainly about the buying and signup process. Catch-all status is kind of road blocking. Grey listed status- it defines verified and invalid on Excel sheet but not with single email address validator. Sometimes it is lagging but not big deal they resolve issues very quickly. So far, not many negatives to speak on. Would prefer to use the API instead of the bulk email upload tool on the website.
