Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Lovely team of people that are great at explaining & demoing the tool (support is great too!) - Simple template set up, saving loads of time with contract creation. - Comment threads make it really easy to negotiate with partners. - Custom questions during contract creation speed up generating contracts. Responsive implementation and CS teams. Great U/I, getting more and more intuitive. Fantastic community of users who actively collaborate and inform. Simple data download of crucial data from documents in a simple, usable format. That option saves a lot of time for analysis. I absolutely appreciate how easy and user-friendly this platform is. It includes all the necessary features that we wanted and needed, for a reasonable price. Implementation was very quick and easy. Juro's Sales, Customer Service, and Support teams are fantastic - always available, responsive, and helpful in answering our questions and providing solutions. I also really appreciate Juro's simple pricing and lack of hidden/additional fees, and the fact that their product development team is continuously adding new, valuable features to the platform. Cons - Would love if internal staff could comment on contracts without having to purchase an additional licence. Platform needs more tool tips. Lack of client branding can cause counterparty confusion. - Lack of a relational database option for fields. For example, listed items in the documents. -Why only the term: "FULLY SIGNED" for the documents? Why not options like "Request read receipt"? Or something like "Confirmed the receipt of this document". So, to have confirmation that is read or/and received. As some kind document in the process of some phase in the process of signing the final agreement. The term "Fully signed", another party can find too serious in a case when some proposal is sent, for example. And as a technical flow of data is similar to signing a contract, the issue is just this term. - When pasting some tables with pictures, the format is lost in some cases, not sure why. Probably due to the macOS / Windows fonts or similar. Nothing to report at this time, the platform is great.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is nothing that I loke about Strongsuit after I tried it for the first time. Foolish me, I should have asked for a free trial. It can seemingly draft a summary disposition motion, ...although the law it picks might not actually be applicable. StrongSuit does a great job assisting with pleadings, particularly with regard to Complaints. It helped eliminate non viable claims before filing, and substantiate solid claims. The AI driven "Assistant" module did a great job generating a usable Complaint, requiring only final proofing and minor tweaks. Granted, this was a rather straight forward case. Cons While taking Strongsuit for an analytical test drive with one of the staff members I also ran parallel analyses using Westlaw Co-Counsel. On both tasks Co-Counsel provided results much quicker than Strongsuit. Co-Counsel also uploaded pdf documents significantly quicker than Strongsuit. Additionally, Strongsuit produced results that were inconsistent with the results I had previously obtained by a Co-Counsel analysis and manually verified. I wanted Strongsuit for its analytical ability to help me analyze financial records for matrimonial actions. It did not deliver this. I immediately requested a refund and was stonewalled for a month and then told that I was stuck in a one-year contract. Extraordinarily frustrating and confusing interface. Difficult to search for actual cases/law, so do not attempt to use this as a replacement for legal research. Extremely high priced for what it offers. Poor training videos. Lack of adequate onboarding. Crappy refund policy. User interface is a little awkward to navigate initially. For example, the Matter creation section includes a Complaint drafting module referred to as "beta". It did draft a Complaint, but one that was not well crafted. However, switching over to the AI Assistant, that tool did a great job generating a usable Complaint. There seems to be some overlap in utilities and modules that produce substantially different results. There is also a fair amount of reiterative processing that can create seemingly conflicting output. Once you become aware of the cycling it is easily overcome.
