Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My team an I just love how easy and intuitive the user interface is, it works perfect on any device with true mobile friendly inputs and text, Tons of little features that make our day to day tasks so simple and quick. it integrates with Quickbooks, we love the integrated CC and ACH with customer vault, the ability to add notes, tasks and tag people just makes all our communication centralized and in one place, We Absolutely love the phone integration (add on) we can make calls, receive calls, quickly respond and tag what the conversation is about. Also their B2B is different, it only loads the products that you sell to your catalog, not millions of products that we don't use, I could go on and on, We switched from Floorzap and no longer have downtimes, issues or even pay as much. The user interface is the easiest and looks amazing on every device cause its cloud based, love the ability to be able to assigned project manager(s) to jobs and they all get notifications, also ability to tag staff in comments and tasks. Customizable menu, and even labels. There is built in tour guide so it's very helpful, ability to apply customer credit and apply payment to multiple invoices, and the savings were just the cherry on top. Easy to use, and very well thought of, the ability to do everything within the software is just amazing, scheduling and assigning measurements done instantly from a mobile or tablet (with images), my stales team now have all their emails integrated, so all of our business communication is in the system and not in a 3rd party email app, test messaging and calling happens from the software, we just started using it 2 weeks a go and can't wait to utilize all the features. Cons The amount of features can be overwhelming, but we are using more and more features as we grow, good thing you can disable hide things that you re not using. The b2b is not ready, but we we saw the beta and it's looking good, however we are able to import the excel. they said in 3-5 weeks. At 1stnit feels overwhelming, because of all the things this softwarenis capable of doing, but once you get used to the menu and flow, it all makes perfect sense and support was hands on all the way.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love how all the pictures the team takes are automatically added to the job, and that I can quickly search and build a gallery of favorites. This really helps when I'm talking to customers. I really liked the ease of adding leads and how fast it was to schedule my estimators. I'm able to get more done with my leads, know when I need to follow up and refer to any pictures or documents they've submitted to me. The crm is super simple and its built specifically for construction which I love. Projul even has project scheduling and worker deployment features which I've found myself relying on. Now I know where my estimators are and what my field workers are up to. We're able to organize like never before using Projul. The CRM gives us the ability to upload photos directly to a lead, which carries to an estimator then to the service tech in the field doing the work. My field crew loves using Projul because it’s so simple and they always have pictures and know what they are getting into. Once a lead becomes a Project and even after it's completed we have notes of what our team said, access before and after pictures and easily see whether or not we have been back for our complimentary 1 time touch up service. When a job needs to be re-scheduled, it automatically updates the work order I've sent my crew and they get notified immediately. Projul ties a Construction based CRM and job / crew management together like no other software I've seen before. It's incredibly easy to use and very well organized. We found that scheduling tasks is a breeze, the only thing easier is rescheduling or reassigning those tasks! Also, Projul's customer support has been amazing. They are always available and very helpful. Cons I'd like to take groups of photos at the same it, instead of one at a time. The good news is my customer success rep said that this is coming in about a week. It doesn't have in app estimating yet, but my account rep said that it will be coming within the month. That's my only downside. As soon as estimating is available i really wont have any cons for Projul to speak of. I’m not sure it’s a con but it took me a week before I could get my entire team to use it. I should have had Projul years ago... it's amazing. The only thing we are struggling with is missing the ability to include photos and documents, but we've talked with support several times and it sound like that will be available very soon. Also we weren't in love with the the monthly scheduling interface but they updated it a few weeks again and it's amazing! (sorry that's not a Con).
